School lunches: world renowned chef Norman Van Aken shares a humorous tale

New World Cuisine is a blend of Latin, Caribbean, African, Asian and American. Chef Van Aken's acclaimed Norman's - New World Cuisine is located in the Ritz Carlton in Orlando, Florida.
