The doors are open now at Scoozi Ristorante in the Radisson
Hotel at Cross Keys. The hotel has been having a facelift to the tune of $6
million dollars and part of that was a new restaurant. A restaurant geared not only for hotel guests
but for the general public. The cuisine
is Mediterranean – Italian offering up seafood the likes of calamari and
Oysters Rockefeller, pizzas from their wood burning oven, and these were a
couple items I tasted at a preview back in October.
