Maria Springer excels in creating Viennese pastry and I have been the lucky recipient many times as well as a attending a selection of her cooking classes. Maria started her Maja’s Viennese Kitchen Cooking School 16 years ago in Baltimore County. She has been an active member of IACP (Internatonal Association of Culinary Professionals) for a number of years interfacing regularly with other renowned cooking instructors. Here is Maria's story.
